You’re just as absurd as

the world around you.

The world around us has a lot to teach us about it and ourselves, if we let it. My work often explores the tension between meaningful connection and spiraling absurdity as viewed through nature. Melting deserts, octopus exploding into daisy chains, confrontational bees, and jellyfish reimagined as deities are just some of the narratives you’ll find in my gallery.

I find myself attracted to bold, bright colors, but am sometimes drawn to muted color palettes, if the piece calls for it.
